Buying paintings Jew

Apr-5-2008 By admin

I have a family who has instructed me to find all the Jews of paintings that I find. I was not given the budgetary constraints. I’m not sure why there are no guidelines to follow for me, he just wants to accumulate a collection quickly.

He found an oil on canvas that was a Jew painting called Jewish meeting. The artist was Amparo Cruz Herrera. The artist is Spanish and this work exudes grace. I liked a lot. I bought is eight thousand dollars. My benefactor was happy with the purchase.

My client made no distinction between Jews paintings were religious in nature and only those who were painted by a Jewish person. I bought a rare Leon Bakst that was dated 1910. Its object was a person in an exotic costume. I am not sure that my client plans to display it.

The next Jewish painting I found for him was an oil town in an abandoned house in Veroia. This table only six cost thousands of dollars. Veroia is a Jewish neighborhood in northern Greece. I thought that this picture is a little disturbing.

I found another good Jew painting for my client. The title of the painting was Juedisches oesterreich Jewish Austria and was created by Frank Ettenberg in 2004. The person who sold me the painting said that the painting evokes a feeling of the artist’s state of being face to face with nationalism, ethnic identity and an existential situation.

I found another Jew I liked the painting of four thousand U.S. dollars. The oil painting called Bird of Paradise was painted by Maurice Sterne. Sterne was a Jewish immigrant from Russia. It was the first person to have a retrospective at the Museum of Modern Art. It was exhibited 174 paintings, drawings and sculptures.

I found a Jewish painting of a cat being sold for thirty five hundred dollars. The artist of this work was Wettingfeld Zarojewski. I could not find any other work of this artist at all. My client really liked it. It is also a cat lover besides being a Jewish art collector.

There was a Jew wonderful painting of a woman seated. I fell in love with her in sight. The woman is represented so comfortable and reflective. I feel comfortable just looking at it.

Finally found an important Jewish religious painting for my client. The artist was Joan Landis and the title of the painting was Simhat Torah. This is the painting that was used by Pomegranate Publishing for calendar 2003 and its greeting cards. I thought it was charming.

I liked the painting of both Jews Joan Landis, who looked over his work. I bought two tables. One of the paintings was named Shabbat and the other is a mikveh. I took the three that I bought for my client and he fell in love with them. He asked me to see more of his work.

He found more work by Joan Landis and I bought every one I found. I found three of the other Jewish paintings on eBay at reasonable prices. I bought Shavuot, Purim and the birth of three thousand U.S. dollars each. I felt like I got a bargain.

I liked the colors of the painting I bought called The Jewish tailoring. This scenario was created by Jacob Glushakow. He was an active member of the Jewish community in Baltimore. His parents were immigrants from Russia at the beginning of WW1. Have a painting that is exposed in the permanent collection of the Baltimore Museum of Art.

I was fortunate to find two Jewish Jacob Glushakow paintings in the same buying trip. The other painting I found was titled Barn in Maryland. I liked a lot and my client was very pleased with what I’ve brought for him.
